Libyan Foreign Bank, with registered office in Tripoli (Libya), is Banca UBAE’s controlling shareholder (67.55%). The other foreign banks with an ownership interest are Banque Centrale Populaire (4.66%) and Banque Marocaine du Commerce Extérieur (4.34%) both of which are based in Casablanca (Morocco).
