COMPLAINTS

Complaints can be sent to “Banca UBAE – Ufficio Reclami, Via Quintino Sella, No. 2, 00187 Rome – Italy” by registered post or by email at reclami@ubae.it  or  compliance@cert.ubae.it
The Bank shall reply within 30 days upon receipt of the complaint. Whether the customer is not satisfied or has not received a reply within 30 days, before going to court he or she may refer to:

 

1)    in case of disputes relating to operations and banking/financial services:

  •  Arbitro Bancario Finanziario (ABF):

-              up to 100,000.00 Euro, when the customer pursues the request a sum of money;

-              without amount limit in case of ascertaining of rights, obligations and entitlements;

  • Conciliatore Bancario Finanziario even in the absence of a prior complaint.

 

2)    in case of disputes relating to services and investment activities:

  •  Ombudsman - Giurì Bancario: within two years after the fact to the extent of Euro 100,000.00 if the request relates to the payment of a sum of money, otherwise without amount limit in all other cases;
  •  Conciliatore Bancario Finanziario even in the absence of a prior complaint.
