SMS alert
The free alert service via SMS can be activated at your UBAE branch and/or independently in the “Security” section of your Internet Banking Area, in order to strengthen the security of online services and your BANCOMAT® card.
The alert service will promptly notify you in the following cases:
- access to the Internet Banking Area;
- change of password giving access to the Internet Banking Area;
- transactions carried out over the Internet on accounts (or debit cards linked to them) according to the set limits.
When activated, the alert service will notify you about the following banking operations: SEPA transfers, foreign transfers, post office payments, cell phone recharging, C-Bills.
The SMS alert service is also available for your BANCOMAT® card, for the following transactions:
- withdrawals of cash at ATMs;
- payments using the card,
within the existing limits.
