TIPS ON AVOIDING FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES
Banca UBAE will never send you emails or text messages asking you to give your password, to fill in forms, or to type your OTP code in the access box for the Internet Banking Area.
If you receive communications asking you to insert your credentials or the OTP code, you should ignore them because they are fraudulent attempts to steal the access data for the Internet Banking Area.
Keep an eye on the toolbar of website addresses: the small lock symbol and the letters https show that the website is covered by certified security ensuring its authenticity.
Another tip is to update Antivirus and Antimalware programs frequently and to change your password periodically.

If you are a user of the internet banking service, call the Help Desk on 800 035088 from Italy, +39.0521.1922194 from abroad, at the following times: Monday to Friday from 8:00 hrs to 22:00 hrs, and Saturday from 8:00 hrs to 14:00 hrs; otherwise go directly to your UBAE branch.
